  • Backups & Disaster Recovery

- Upon expiration of the retention period or account closure, data is permanently deleted from our active systems.

- Backups containing expired data are securely purged during the next backup cycle.

- Deleted data cannot be recovered unless required by law.

4. User Responsibilities

- Export or download data you wish to retain before closing your account.

- Notify us promptly if you believe your data requires early deletion (subject to legal exceptions).

5. Exceptions to Data Deletion

We may retain data beyond standard periods if:

- Required by law, court order, or government authority.

- Necessary to resolve disputes, fraud investigations, or enforce agreements.

- Technical constraints prevent immediate deletion (e.g., archived backups).
